Yerba mate energy — on a subscription rail

MateCaps is a functional beverage brand built around yerba mate energy — sold direct-to-consumer through a subscription-first Shopify experience.

We rebuilt the subscription journey, bundle merchandising, product education, and mobile shopping flow — so the recurring-purchase path felt obvious instead of optional.
